We design structures to suit the Caribbean environment. Keeping in mind hurricane, sea blast, sun, and high humidity is only a few consideration included in our design. Not only our structures stand up to the elements but also fits in with Caribbean aesthetics.
Although we do Traditional concrete forms with reinforced steel and cement blocks we specialize in Steel frame construction and steel studs framing. Our engineers design structures for all building needs.
Steel structures, steel studs and framing, concrete forming, and pours. We work with Private and Government Agencies.
We provide estimates for Banks. These are usually needed because insurance claims require license General Contractors. Mortgage companies also require estimates by License General Construction companies for construction loans.
We provide management services to larger construction projects. We adhere to USVI Building code and the International building code (IBC). We offer assistance in Design, Scheduling, Accounting, safety, sourcing materials and labor. We specialize in supply chain logistic optimization and have business relationships to solve any issues that may arise.
Wholesale and bulk fuel sales of petroleum products which includes but not limited to sales, transportation, distribution and other logistic solutions to bring products and services to underserved markets in the Caribbean and abroad.

We transport aggregate, which includes sand, gravel and cement, using our shipping partner companies to supply sand to USVI and throughout the Caribbean. This sand is used to replenish the beach erosion left behind by hurricanes Irma and Maria. Sand is also used in General Construction and Asphalt for Road reconstruction.
We mostly ship cost insurance and freight (CIF).
Freight on board (FOB) is assessed for qualified customers.
Payment terms are negotiable. We asses our clients by relationship, country and performance.
