DASREP, LLC primary business activity have been and presently are Wholesale and Bulk fuel sales of Petroleum products (WTI Crude, Gasoline, Diesel and Jet A1 fuel) which includes but not limited to sales, Transportation, Distribution and other Logistic solutions to bring products and Services to underserved markets in the Caribbean and abroad.
DASREP, LLC members also have been in the construction business for the past 30 years and have successfully completed projects ranging from 50 thousand to 7 million dollars. We have experiences with, Steel structures, steel studs and framing, concrete forming, and pours. We work with Private and Government Agencies.
DASREP, LLC also engages in sales of Aggregate which includes sand, gravel and cement. We transport aggregate, using our shipping partner companies to supply sand to USVI and throughout the Caribbean. This sand is used to replenish the Beach erosion left behind by Hurricanes Irma and Maria. Sand is also used in General Construction and Asphalt for Road reconstruction.
DASREP, LLC utilizes professional and reliable shipping partners to transport products throughout our target markets. These partner companies utilize Tugs and Barges, Container Ships, General Cargo Vessels, Tankers, Cruise Ships, Training Vessels and Fishing Vessels. We are also involved in Freight Forwarding and Customs Brokerage as well as a myriad of other shipping services, providing our customers with logistics solutions for their shipping needs.
DASREP, LLC also owns our sister company Road X, LLC. (USVI Corp. No. 587569) Road X, LLC focuses on Road construction, Debris Clearing, Debris Hauling, and Debris Monitoring. Our staff have worked on St. Thomas, St. Croix, St. John and Water-island to recover from the aftermath of both Hurricanes Irma and Maria. DASREP, LLC staff together with Road X, LLC and the USVI Department of Public Works have Cleared, remove, Organize and Monitor over 585,000 Cubic Yards of Hurricane Debris collectively. Presently DASREP, LLC have been awarded contracts by Property & Procurement for advance clearing, hauling and monitoring of debris for the Islands of St. Thomas, St. John and Water Island.

Bhagwandeen Persad is a Virgin Islander, who is experienced in successful Business, Transportation, General Construction and Logistics arena. He has represented professional organizations for the past 35 years demonstrating excellent managerial and organizational skills as well as the ability to make wise decision under pressure and displaying competence in performing numerous tasks simultaneously which qualifies him for the New York International Plaza formerly the Stewart Airforce Base project. These experiences assist DASREP, LLC in every aspect of developing project. The snapshot includes the following:
Mr. Persad owns a licensed and Insured General Construction Company (Dasrep, llc) in the USVI, this company is certified by the SBA as Hub-Zone and Veteran owned and is a vendor with DHS- FEMA Liaison Program and is registered with BetaSam.Gov and DLA, whose license is applicable in multiple states. Dasrep, llc is insured and have experiences in erection of steel building, assembling of steel studs and fabrication of all metal work. Dasrep, llc have experience in concrete forming, concrete block laying, plastering, foam applications and steel rebar applications for all construction applications. Mr. Persad manages staffed Engineer, Architecture, Electrician and Plummer. Mr. Persad ‘s latest project is 12,000 sqft. concrete and steel building (multiple floors) with a price of six million dollars, which includes all the above-mentioned areas. This project was completed in May of 2021.
Mr. Persad is a license bulk fuel trader whose is responsible for solutions of supply, logistics and client consultation to execute successful sales. Partners include BP (British Petroleum), Gulf Oil, Valero, Lukoil and Independent refineries around the world. Clients include Paria Fuel Trading Ltd, Suriname, Peerless Oils, Ventrin ltd. and local independent fuel service station. Mr. Persad manages supply chain, logistics and delivery of bulk fuel.
Mr. Persad have been an FAA license Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) with Multi engine and single engine rating with Instrument rating for over 25 years. Mr. Persad have over 15,000 hours of flying experiences in multiple aircraft including Boeing 737, 757, Canadair Regional Jet 900, De Havilland Dash 8 series 100 & 200 and light multi and single engine aircraft. Mr. Persad have worked with Delta Connection, Pinnacle Airlines, Caribbean Sun Airlines not to mention light twin through-out the Caribbean. Mr. Persad is familiar with FAA Regulations which includes Part 91, Part 121, Part 135 and Airport regulations. Mr. Persad was nominated by the USVI Governor Kenn Mapp to the Board of Governors for the USVI Port Authority and continues to advise the present Governor on many Port and business-related activities in the USVI.
Mr. Persad a US Army Veteran and a University graduate who believes the USVI is a sleeping giant for Economic Development. DASREP, LLC is positioned to realize this vision, both in the US Virgin Islands and abroad.
